About the Role and You

Contract Type: Full-time, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Term Time

Salary: Dependent on experience

Start Date: Jan 2026

About the role : As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Provide high-quality care, learning and play experiences for our youngest learners.
• Support the delivery of the EYFS through thoughtful planning, engaging activities and effective assessment.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
• Contribute to school life, training and team meetings as part of our warm and committed Early Years team.

About You : We would love to hear from you if you:

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Have experience working in an Early Years setting.
• Understand the EYFS and know how to support learning through play.
• Communicate confidently with parents, children and colleagues.
• Bring positivity, creativity and a genuine love for working with young children.

Desirable but not essential: Paediatric First Aid, experience in a school setting, expertise in digital learning journals, additional SEN or safeguarding training.
