Are you a dedicated and experienced Specialist Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dynamic Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our team of exceptional educators.

About the Role and You

As a Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our SEN students receive the support and guidance they need to thrive and fulfil their full potential. With support from the class teacher and SENCo, you will be responsible for fostering a supportive and fun learning environment, where pupils feel valued and empowered to overcome challenges.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who has:

• A minimum of two years’ experience working one-to-one with SEN pupils.
• Specific experience working with autism is essential.
• A compassionate and patient approach to working with children with diverse learning needs.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
