Wellow House School GCSE Pupils Celebrate Outstanding Results in 2025 Examinations
The GCSE pupils of 2025 are today celebrating excellent results at Wellow House School, continuing the school’s reputation for combining academic ambition with individualised care, small class sizes, and a nurturing family environment. As a non-selective school serving pupils aged 2–16 years, Wellow House School is proud to provide an education where every child is known, supported, and challenged to achieve their best.
We are delighted that in only our second year of GCSEs our results have improved, and our pupils have achieved a pass rate of 89% (grade 4 –9), an increase of 15% from last year. Furthermore, our pupils who were targeting grades 7 – 9 truly excelled, resulting in a 120% increase based on that forecast.

Celebrating Student Success
Maisie has worked tirelessly to achieve 10 GCSEs, five at Grade 7 and 8. She will be moving on to her first choice of Sixth Form to continue with A-levels.
Despite only joining us just over a year ago, Emily today received 9 GCSEs, including five at Grade 7 and 8. She will be entering her family business in September, where she will continue with further education.
Following a rigorous audition process and success in her GCSEs, Liv has secured a place at the prestigious CAPA College in Wakefield to study Performing Arts.
