About the Position

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively delivering the EYFS/KS1 curriculum, ensuring that the individual needs and interests of children in the setting are met.
  • Keeping records of your key children’s development and learning journeys and sharing with parents, carers, and other key adults in the child’s life, using tracking methods and Class Dojo.
  • Supporting all staff and engaging in a good staff team.
  • Developing and maintaining strong partnerships and communication with parents/carers to facilitate day-to-day caring and early learning needs.
  • Ensuring the provision of a high-quality environment to meet the needs of individual children, having an awareness of any disabilities, family cultures, and medical histories.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • NQT or QTS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject.
  • Experience in teaching and being responsible for a Pre-Prep class.
  • Evidence of high pupil achievement from teaching.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
