About the Position

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Employing a range of teaching methods and applying them effectively, according to the maturity and ability of the pupils and the desired learning outcomes.
• Planning work in accordance with department schemes of work.
• Inspiring pupils with an enthusiasm and a love of learning.
• Taking account of pupils’ prior levels of attainment and using them to set targets for future improvement.
• Setting appropriate homework tasks and setting work for pupils absent from school when needed.

• Holds a relevant teaching qualification.
• Is professional and efficient.

• Has the ability to be motivational and inspirational.
